Time Sheet report doesn't work

Hi

Time Sheet report doesn't work (using JIRA 6.4.6 and plugin JIRA Timesheet Reports and Gadgets Plugin 2.9.1.4): ■The ones already created work, but cannot be edited ■When trying to add a new one, it is not possible (cannot be configured)

The severity is Level 3 as that gadget is used to track the progress of our projects.

After checking again, the plugin is working but really really slow.

Can you help us with the response time of the gadget please? Slow time was reported as not working initially as users did't wait enough.

So what is slow? Report configuration page? Or gadget configuration?

For example, when I add the gadget, the configuration screen takes long time to be shown.

if you wait till it is loaded, can you please check if there is any select that has a lot of (like 1000) options? E.g. Groups, Projects, Role.

By select I mean select box - drop down box or list box. Thank you.

The waiting time is when clicking for example 'Edit' in gadget. No related with any select as far as I know

It may be caused by huge amount of data displayed in gadget configuration options.

Do you mean in another existing gadget (not only Time Sheet gadget)?

No, in Time Sheet gadget, where configuration is loaded slowly.

Sorry for not answering you before. Not sure if I understand you.I'm attaching screenshots from one Timesheet gadget I have. I think the elements are only a few, but when I click 'Edit' it takes about 1 minute to show the configuration screen

When you click Edit, after 1 minute, configuration options are shown, right? Please take screen shot of this view. Or see if there is too many options in any of the list boxes in this view.

Right, sorry did not notice it.

Though it's still not clear what causes the problem.

May be you can try to see it in Chrome developer tools Networks tab. You can open it using menu View - Developer Tools. Again, when you click edit, see options loaded, as in attached screen shot.
