Report not running anymore

Our reporting used to work but now we are receiving this message as shown below.

We are using the Cloud Version and we have requested for the licence. Our customer code in JIRA is SEN-2837788

Is there something missing on our side?

Unexpected error Field 'worklogDate' does not exist or you do not have permission to view it. Field 'worklogAuthor' does not exist or you do not have permission to view it.

    Hi Michel,

    Thank you for reaching me with the problem! That's unclear for me too, how it's possible. Could you please try if worklogDate or worklogAuthor works in JIRA Issue Naviagor. I.e. go to menu Issues - Search for Issues, click Advanced, and start typing worklogAuthor = currentUser(). Does it work?

    Note, I've created https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/ACJIRA-609 also.

    I just tried what you mentioned, I get the same message. Here's the message I get:

    Field 'worklogAuthor' does not exist or you do not have permission to view it.

    The funny thing is this report used to work perfectly before. It's why we are acquiring the license specifically because of this report and the fact that there is a gadget to display the report.

    Hi Michel,

    Could you please open a support ticket with support.atlassian.com and specify that worklogDate and worklogAuthor JQL functions are not available in Issue Navigator? Do not refer to plugin, but may be refer to ACJIRA-609, as I've created it for this problem specifically.

    To be clear, this is not (most likely) problem with add-on, but something broke in JIRA itself, because those worklogDate and worlogAuthor functions are built-in JIRA functions, that add-on relies on, and cannot work without them.

    Note, there is some attention from Atlassian in ACJIRA-609 but no much progress.

    Yes it's still going on. Below is a print screen with the time I ran the report (bottom right hand corner). Montreal time 9:25 am
