[TIME-7] Append informations in Portlet Header

In case of use of Portlet combined with Fastworklog Portlet, it may be more usefull to be able to know date.

• I will append the Date as ToolTips (title) on Columns header

In case of use with more 1 week, it may be also usefull to see more disinctly each week :

• by changing the CSS of each week,
• or by changing the CSS of non-busines dat (Sat. & Sun.)
