Add Show empty rows to Project Pivot

Dear Andriy,

Please add a switch to Show Empty Rows in a Project Pivot.

The option to show empty users as well should be handled by a separate switch. This way there is maximal flexibility on showing more or less lines/columns.

Hi Rene,

Version 2.9.5 is released with Show Empty Rows option added for Project Pivot report and gadget also.

Note, it works as Show empty columns (users) also when group or project is selected. And to see issues with no worklogs, a project or filter needs to be selected.
