Enhance performance on Time Report gadget

As a user, when I am using the Time Report gadget on my dashboard, I want to be able to fill most of my timesheet directly from that screen.

In the current situation, the systematic refresh of the full gadget everytime I add an entry (coupled with the fact that this refresh is very slow) makes it time consuming to make my timesheet (and a bit frustrating).

Ideas: - Find a way to enhance performance of the REST call - Make the calls in the background without refreshing the full gadget (only update the necessary fields?)

I've just made small but hopefully the most required improvement - not to refresh on work logged via popup.

I may try to do similar for the case when work is logged via dialog, and even later when edited or removed, but I guess it's not that important.

Let me mark it as Resolved, if similar improvements for other cases are needed it can be reopened.

Note, the major problem with slow loading of issues data is tracked by issue#760
