Wrong date and time in some locations from Brazil

I'm from Salvador, Bahia, Brazil. The state where I live and all other states in the northeast region of Brazil does not have daylight saving time. But in all other states have. My profile is configured with the timezone of America - Bahia. The work log and searches that have date and time, all show wrong results.

For example, the Timesheet Report. I choose the start day and the end day for the report, but it brings me the day before at the beginning and end. At the following URL I want to see my report for the days between 7 January to 12 January. But the result was that it brought me the report for the days 6 to 11.

Hi Luciana,

I've tried hard, but can't reproduce it for some reason. More over, Timesheet Reports and Gadgets add-on will be replaced with Time Reports add-on on 31st of January. Please see https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRAKB/JIRA+Timesheet+Reports+and+Gadgets+removal+from+JIRA+Cloud for additional information.

If the problem seen again for JIRA Server, please reopen it.
