Timesheet report doesn't show the correct dates according to my selection

Using: Timesheet Reports and Gadgets Plugin (v3.0.1.0#1177:0bd808a9be05) on atlassian.net with JIRA v7.1.0-OD-05-006

Steps 1. Got to my project > reports > and selected timesheet report

2. On timesheet configuration page selected start date as 1/Dec/15 and end date as 31/Dec/15

3. clicked NEXT to see report

   1. Report shows from day 30/Nov until 30/Dec which is not the correct days I selected

4. Click on CHANGE link to go back to configure timesheet report

   1. filled start date shows as 30/Nov/15 and end date as 30/Dec/15 which are not the same values i selected on step 2)
