Time Report does not load

All of my users are reporting issues with this report. It continues in loading status and never resolves. My developers use this daily to make sure they are tracking appropriate time.

    Hi Matthew,

    Could you please check if there is javascript error using browser Developer Tools, e.g. hitting Ctrl+Shift+J in Chrome, see console tab.

    Looks like the second error is actually causing the problem. Could you please try opening the last url in browser, and see JIRA log if there is related error?

    No. On your first screen shot today the second error is for GET http://10.180... In next screenshot it's highlighted in red also. Copy paste the url, and try opening in browser, if it produces Internal Error too, please check JIRA log for errors.

    I'm not sure what to do exactly here.

    You want me to copy and paste the url from the 2nd screen or 1st? How would I see if it produces an internal error? I assume i can access the Jira Log from the admin panel?

    I believe the url is the same in 1st and 2nd sreen, the one that is red on second screen. Yes, copy paste it browser address bar. You'll see json or error response. If you see the error, please see JIRA log on file system.
