[TIME-78] Timesheet plugin does not work with JIRA 4.0.1 in SSL mode due to problems in Gadget Bridge handling of self-requests

This has been a problem with a number of older JIRA plugins that have not yet been upgraded to work in new-style Gadget mode, but instead realy on the "legacy Gadget bridge".
