Report generation executed on every search option/parameter change

When large reports are generated and you need to set multiple search options/parameters current approach of having to wait (or interrupt) report generation for every parameter you need to set is not user friendly.

Auto search on parameter change should be a configurable option (with an ability to turn it off) and "Refresh" link should be promoted to "Generate report" button.

Please see View Report button added in main part of the report page.

Note, it's not configurable, though.
