Hovering over work log entry in timesheet gadget only shows empty white box

If I have work logged for an issue and I am looking at the timesheet gadget on my dashboard then an empty white box is being displayed when I hover over such an existing work log entry.

It seems to me that there has been a regression with the latest version 2.9.5.1 I installed this morning. Until then we were using 2.9.5.
