[TIME-84] Issue links in Excel export doesn't consider path of JIRA system URL

Our JIRA system have following URL "https://zone.host.com/jira".
After exporting Excel sheet, included links to issues doesn't work. The URL of these links have this scheme: "https://zone.host.com/browse/issuekey".
But issue links in the generated JIRA report are "https://zone.host.com/jira/browse/issuekey" and are working.
