Don't show "and all projects" in the gadget filter

If you are showing data for all projects then the gadget filter shows something like:

"Summary for groups TeamA, TeamB and all projects grouped by Project from 2016-03-01 to 2016-03-31"

This is quite long! The 'and all projects' part of the filter does not serve any purpose (and wasn't displayed in the old gadget) so should be removed to make the filter text shorter.

This is obviously low priority but may as well be logged.
