Wrong link in "(more options)" popup inTSR

When I want to change the time with "more option", the link open a wrong issue.

TSR v. 2.9.5.3 JIRA v. 6.4.11

steps to reproduce the problem:

• open the dashboard
• mouse on issue time
• click on time to open little popup to change logged time
• click to "(more options)" link

=> the opened issue is another one than the logged time
