Can't select month in report gadget on dashboard and sometimes it doesn't work at all

So we have dashboard with Project Pivot gadget, but then we try to select months in this gudget, nothing happened. Also after some time gudget start to show nothing at all (like on screenshot) and I found that if I clone this dashboard with this gadget it start to work fine (except selecting months), but only for 1-2 days, after that dashboard starts to show blank page again. I didn't see anything about it in jira logs (maybe you could help me with troubleshooting? ) This happened for Jira 6.4.5.

Hi Alexey,

Could you please check jira.log? Looks like month view is too much for your jira and gadget stops responding, so you can't switch back to week view.

The problem is that I look at the logs and at the same trying to "play" with this gadget, but I didn't see anything in the logs (what messages I should look for there?). But then I open this gadget in "advanced mode" (in full screen) it is working fine. Also for April all is working fine. So I think first of all could you help me with "what messages I should look for there?". Thx a lot for your help

Hi Alexey,

Sorry for delay. I believe you would see relevant messages in jira.log if there were some.

May be you can check browser javascript console instead for errors?
