Question: Do you know why I can't see detailed tickets for these users? Am I doing something wrong?

Hi,

I'm pretty new to managing JIRA (although I've been using it for a while), and I've got all my team in a "Sprint+Time" Gadget on my Dashboard. (See attachment)

There are a couple of users (Mariano Martin Sanchez and Iñigo Asensio) which I cannot see the breakdown for the logged work tickets... We have reviewed their users, and both of them look fine, or at least, similar to the rest of the team...

Could you give us a hint of what's going on?

Hi Steve,

It's because of non-ascii characters in users full name. I will try to fix it, but if you need quick fix, you may change their names.

Thanks, tested with Iñigo (changed to Inigo) and it works :) While waiting for a final solution, thanks for the hotfix!
