Timesheet gadget is not properly loaded
Hi team, Timesheet gadget is not properly viewable on Confluence Page. We are not able to view it fully.

Let me explain you the problem in detail -
Data of timesheet gadget in not getting loaded in 2 pages in our sapient confluence space. We have refreshed these pages many times its still not loading. The expected output data from timesheet plugin on these 2 pages is also not very heavy. But still blank data is coming on confluence space for these timesheet plugin . See image (Banner.jsp and GadgetNotLoaded.jsp) .
We have configured trusted Authentication between JIRA and Confluence.
these issue is coming on these particular 2 pages.
Please investigate this issue and let me know if you need any more info.

Hi Andriy, This issue is seriously hampering the user's experience. I am attaching the screenshots. You can clearly see that the view of the gadgets is not proper. Also for one gadget we are not able to see anything. Even in the preview section nothing can be seen. See the screenshots

This gadget cannot be displayed on your dashboard. This could be due to a licensing problem or an application error. If you need this gadget, contact your administrator for assistance. Otherwise, you can remove it from your dashboard.
No changes were done in our account. Could this be related to this issue?

I'm must have been unclear. It's rather the problem cause that is not clear to me. Gadget in confluence is very problematic feature, it works usually, and when it does not, I can't know what to do.

We have clearly articUlated our problem in earlier comments. We are wondering why you have not understood the problem. What issues you are facing in understanding the problem . Do you need any additional data for that.
Why have you marked this issue as Won'tFix without understanding the problem. Its clear that the issues is with timesheet Gadget. You should first analyze the issue and then get back to us whether it will fixed in future versions or you will can provide us software patches.
Please let me know what will it take to resolve this. Many Sapient person are being affected by this and the user experience is at stake.You being a support POC for this plugin, the onus lies on you for resloving the issue.

Hi Prachi,
There can be different problems. Did it work before or it is brand new installation? Have you configured Trusted Authentication between JIRA and Conluence, or OAuth?
