[TIME-86] On Screen Pivot Report Doesn't Match Excel Export

See attachment. The totals are correct but the details are not. The exported Excel spreadsheet have the correct values.

Also, the exported spreadsheet is not in the same order as what's on-screen.

    Looks like sub-tasks are not included in the XLS sheet.

    Might be fixed by issue #85 "[TIME-85] Pivot Report does not show all worklog rows", please reopen if not.
