Missing hours

Hello,
We have installed the 'Time Reports and Gadgets for JIRA Cloud' addon on our JIRA Cloud. We have noticed that some of the logged work is not displaying properly for on of the users. I have tracked the time with the default Timesheet module a week ago and there were more than 150 h logged for the last month while now the reports indicates only 14h. Could this issue be resolved? I could provide additional details.

Could you please provide details about view configuration, may be screen shots of report and missing hours from JIRA issue itself?
