'Filter or project' field not working

The 'Filter or project' field is not working.

No projects or filters are being offered as selectable values, and Chrome's console shows an error (see attached screenshot).

Clicking on View Report shows all hours, with no option of limiting the results to those of a project/filter.

It works normally for other users, and this behaviour is the same in other browsers.

The first error seems to be related to being a member of site-admins group.

The user for which it is failing is a member of site-admins group.

I confirm I belong to a group set to be Auditor, so I do not understand the HTTP 403 error...

is-site-admin may be ignored, but problem with filters is real one.

The most strange thing is that it works for other users of our instance... while not for other (s?) at the same time, even from the same PC and Browser.
