Timesheet Reports and Gadgets Plugin is not working

Hello, we had purchased adds-on JIRA Timesheet Reports and Gadgets Plugin. License has expired. Is expired license is the reason that I can't use it or the configuration is not OK ? How could I may manage and resolve the problem? Is add-on has an Evaluation licenses or Non-evaluation licenses?

Here is the details: Installed version: 2.7.2 Available version: 2.9.5.5 Vendor: Andriy Zhdanov Add-on key: jira-timesheet-plugin License details: 25-user commercial license, Standard, expires 11/Sep/14 License status: Valid

And this add-on is with Evaluation license?

I read here http://www.jiratimesheet.com/#/wiki/Commercial that "You have to buy license for continued use, although there are no major functionality restrictions with no license, you'll see UNREGISTERED all the time and few things will not be available:

Plugin Configuration in Administration -> Add-Ons
Subscribtions to Timesheet Report, to receive it by email
Worked Time Chart
Timesheet Holidays
Plugin updates notification."

This not no sound to me like the add-on has Evaluation license.

If I understood correctly, add-on is working, you just can not save Timesheet Configuration, right? This is one of the features becoming unavailable in case of license error, e.g. expiring.

So you have commercial license, but expired.

Note, you need actual license to get updates also.

Yes, I know that I need an actual license to get updates, but for now we plan to use this one. I have Timesheet Configuration, as you see on the screenshot, but when I run the report on any project the output is empty. This make me think that there is some problem with license or any setting. Or just miss anything. If you confirming that despite the expired license, I can generate Time sheet Report I will read documentation on how exactly does this plugin working.

The main problem is that the output is empty.

Well, I did not get it from the original description, and I don't think empty report may be caused by any license error.

Empty output may be caused by now work logged during the period, or because you're not in Experts role selected in Timesheet Auditors Roles option.
