Users columns are not in fixed order

When I browse time-sheet by month, user columns are being shuffled, must be fixed order. See screenshots. * Feb - order is KOVALOV, MELNYCHUK, DUTCHAK * Mar - order is MELNYCHUK, KOVALOV, DUTCHAK

Logic is not clear, it's not sort order by time

Other comment - User columns are too narrow, to make them a bit wider would be good.
