Option to set first day of the week - Mon or Sun

Week View with Sun as first day of the week is not convenient for us. Either new option to define first day or read JIRA option - Use ISO8601 standard in Date Picker

Hi Sergiy,

There is Reporting Day option in gadget for this, however I also plan to honour ISO8601 setting when it is available (see ACJIRA-882).
