[TIME-90] problem in timesheet plugin

hi,

i have download a jira timesheet report and portlet plugin from this link- https://plugins.atlassian.com/plugin/details/294

and install it into <jira_Home>/WEB-INF/lib directory. i m using jira 4.0.2 that comfortable for this plugin but this plugin is not working properly.

please help me.
