As these values can not be converted to numeric values, the report needs to be modified before pivot table can be created.

Note that this behavior was not observed before.

Please remove h from hours value.

With removal of (h) makes sense to right align the number and set decimal places.

BTW, JIRA exports worklog to Excel in seconds, not very user friendly, but very practical.
