Issue in time sheet gadget after upgrading jira to V 7.1.6. Please find the attachment for screenshot.

Note: We are planning to upgrade JIRA 7.1.6 in our prod environment this week. Request your earliest response.

We also tried by upgrading the addon to Version:3.0.5.2 but it didnt work.

Hi Manivannan,

It must be a problem with plugin initialization. Please make sure it is properly installed. You may need to uninstall it, clean up file system to remove jira-timesheet-plugin*.jar file from jira home, and install it again.

Note, no time tracking data loss will happen, as plugin does not store any time tracking data.

We followed your menthod by uninstalling it then installing it back but it took us to a different issues. The configuration page doesnt load properly. Please find the attachment

Well, it really needs careful clean up, and I forgot to mention that JIRA needs to be restarted also.

We did the same process again and we even restarted the JIRA service but we still face this issue.

Have you removed all occurrences of jira-timesheet-plugin*.jar from JIRA home?

Please reopen if needed, however it's pure environmental issue, so that it just needs clean setup.
