timesheet stuck on loading

when trying to view report the system stays on loading, it stays that forever, can you help?

    Hi Andriy, Please find below console error on Chrome using developer tools which shows the error for latest version of JIRA Timesheets plugin. We cannot see Edit option for Timesheet gadget on Dashboard error-Chrome-browser.PNGLink Text

    Please let us know what is the issue.

    JIRA Version 7.0.10, Chrome Version : Version 51.0.2704.106 m Plugin Version : 3.0.5.2 Seeing same error on IE

    Hi Chander,

    That's weird. Looks like corresponding JIRA java script library can not be loaded. You may scroll up Console log to see any previous errors.

    As I can see the other plugin gadget works. May be you can ty to add another instance of the Timesheet gadget.

    Hello, I too am having a problem creating a pivot by user report - it just sits there loading forever - tried both IE and chrome. Please fix as soon as you can as I have a report deadline this week.

    Edit: looks like the problem is with the sum subtasks option; if this is disabled the report runs. I can't compare the data between with the option and without to confirm if it the information is accurate because as soon as I enable this option the report chokes.

    Hey Andriy, I tried uninstalling and re-installing the timesheets plugin and the error (Blank gadget) got resolved.
