Incorrect encoding when exporting data in Excel

When you try to export data with accentuated characters like in French, you got weird characters. Probably a UTF-8/ISO-8859-1 problem.

In my JIRA admin, I can see that the plugin is Time Reports for JIRA Cloud, version 1.1.5-AC.

I'm trying to reproduce the problem, but with no luck. I also have LibreOffice and it displays data properly, e.g. "Où Ça Fièvre". Could you please type in your text that is not displayed properly?
