[TIME-94] Not able to checkout source code of plugin

It hangs while doing svn checkout of plugin source code

command used:

c:/> svn checkout https://studio.plugins.atlassian.com/svn/TIME/trunk TIME --username gurjarniraj

svn client, version 1.6.11

Can't help with it, url is correct, it should be also available anonymously, try through web.
