Hi, we are using your timesheet gadget for our Jira in the Cloud solution.

We are getting the error …

This gadget cannot be displayed on your dashboard. This could be due to a licensing problem or an application error. If you need this gadget, contact your administrator for assistance. Otherwise, you can remove it from your dashboard.

Please try to disable and enable add-on in Administration - Add-ons - Manage Add-ons

Problem is supposed to be fixed already, according to https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-61560, please send your complains to Atlassian to make it really fixed.
