Every time we try to use the plugin we get an error message

When we go to: .atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/ac/timereports/timereports on JIRA Cloud we get the following error message: JIRA Unavailable The requested resource failed to load. If the problem persists, please contact Atlassian Cloud Support.*

The same occurs when we hit the refresh button.

Hi Natalia,

I think you should ask Atlassian for help as suggested. I can't know what is the problem, and don't think that add-on can not cause JIRA crash.
