Alert users of inconsistent date ranges

Minor enhancement:

Time Reports is silently retrieving no worklogs for unrealistic date ranges, ie:

Start Date is a date in the future

Start Date > End Date

It would be nice if the users were displayed an informative message in those cases:

"WARNING: The Start Date is in the future."

"WARNING: The Start Date is later than the End Date."
