Excel export not opened by Excel 2016

Hi,

Since few days I was not able to open with Excel 2016 Windows the file generated for project pivot page. The file seems not empty (220 Ko), but Excel do not want to open (no error message just empty excel file). I tried to update, restart my server but no change.
