Wrong sum of work logged hours!!!

Hi!

TimeSheet gadget show wrong amount oh work log. In example on screenshots project "CoinFox Fabric Crashlytics (autocreated Issues)" has 83 total work logged hours. I counted by export to MS Excel, by another plugin and by hands and calculator - 83 hours. But TimeSheet gadget counts 77 hours. After detailed checking I found that the gadget omit 2 tasks (or 2 worklogs).

    Hi Vitaly,

    Looks like Excel shows Time Spent issue field, but Time Sheet takes worklogs for the period. So there may be 2 worklogs that are out the period, that is also may be caused by special support for time zones.

    Please double check if worklogs are actually missing, and if so, please check they match the Time Sheet criteria, including dates.

    And on the screen "Jira shows 40 and 41 tasks work log.jpg" you can see Created and Updated fields, so 41 task's work log was done between 13 of July and 01 of August, 40 task's work log was done between 12 of July and 01 of August.

    Ok, could you please check Worklog tab for issues 40 and 41, and check actual records there?

    It may be that issues or work entries have restricted visibility also.

    They are in year 2015! By mistake apparently.

    Also 18 of August in 2016 would be in future and could be cut off also by end date.
