Connot re-enable timesheet plugin

Issue #980 resolved
Ben Mesman created an issue

After upgrading jira to 7.2.0 I could not update or enable the timesheet-plugin. I disabled the plugin and uploaded an updated version (3.0.7), but I have no way to re-enable the plugin and the add-ons page does not show any information on the plugin (see attached screenshot).

It could very well be a jira problem, but restarting the server did not solve the problem.

Another suggestion, try to remove all occurrences of jira-timesheet-plugin*.jar from file system in JIRA HOME, restart JIRA, and install plugin again.

After stopping jira, removing the jar-files, starting jira and installing the plugin, I get this: timesheet-started.png

"Note: This add-on might be functional, but one or more modules is missing dependencies. Features and functionality may be limited."

No indication of what dependencies are missing.

Sorry, I've just tried it on JIRA v7.2.0#72002-sha1:36e1562 with no any problems.

When you Close dialog, there should be possibility to see 49 of 49 modules enabled, when clicked it should show what is wrong.

May be it just can be ignored.

The problem stated here is solved. The timesheet plugin is enabled. However, the add-ons page still does not show information about the plugin. I will submit a new bug for this.
