Time Sheet Report shows 0h per user Total

On client's JIRA (v4.3) the JIRA TimeSheet Plugin (v2.1) doesn't calculate each user's total hours of the selected period (see picture). This works ok with only one user (still group was selected – got one user by reducing period). Report picture is from client. Configurtaion picture is from me when I was repeating the problem.

I don't expect you to actually make any changes to such an old version, but maybe there's some fix? If nothing can be done, then it will be another good argument to get the user finally migrate to a newer JIRA version.

Sorry, looks like I don't even have sources for 2.1.

I have branch for 2.2 for JIRA 4.4, and problem may be fixed there.

I also have sources zip for 2.0, but it's useless I believe.

May be if your customer can upgrade at least JIRA minor version, you or your client can try if problem is fixed in 2.2.9 for JIRA 4.4-4.5?
