While useing the Timesheet Reports and Gadgets in jira we are facing 500 Error for few specific dates

Hi,

We are trying to create "Report: Project Pivot Report" through Timesheet Reports and Gadgets for JIRA plugin and facing 500 error. Only for few specific dates. For Now i am sending the URL

Hi Andrily, We cannot upgrade the version in between? Curretly the version that we are using is- Version: 2.8.2.7-JRA-32510

Many project gets impacted by the same. Can you please let me know what is the issue

Note, looks like you have sub-tasks, a parent of which is not available.

this is the same issue that has been reported by one of our team mate. that time it get resolved by reindexing. but this time the issue still persist after re-indexing as well. Please let me know how to find out the task whose parent issues are not available.

You may try to search for it using query like: type = sub-task and parent is null

Hi Andrily, When we hit the query on JQL, we recieve the error The operator 'is' is not supported by the 'parent' field

Please provide me the valid query that i can run and find out whether there is any task whose parent issue are not available.

What JIRA version do you have? May be you can figure out proper query for your version of JIRA.
