Log time link at the top of page?

Issue #21 resolved

Hi,

Is it possible to add a "Log time" link at the top of the page? The usability of the link at the bottom drops after you've added more than a few entries.

Thank you! Grant

    Hi Grant,

Does Log Work control dissappears, i.e. view is not resized, when you add entries?

My impression is that screen height is enough for Log Work to be visible in normal cases, say up to 20 entires per week.

    Thank you.

    Hi Andriy,

Not sure that I agree with your comment about 20 entries, when I get to about 10 entries the "Log Work" slides off the bottom of my page. This just means I need to scroll down to find the "Log Work" link, click it, then scroll back up to actually capture my time. It is also a little annoying that the popup doesn't get the focus and that I have to scroll back up, click in the dialog and before I can start capturing.

A suggestion is that If there was a second link above the time entries then I would not have to scroll down and up every time to capture a new entry.

I hope this explains my request? Please let me know if you'd like more information.

    Kind regards, Grant

    Hi Grant,

Your request is clear, there might be different problem. Could you share screenshot of the case when you have to scroll?

    Thank you.

    Hi Andriy,

    I've attached two screenshots:

    1. When I scroll down and click the "Log Work" button (Timespent_click_LogWork.PNG)
    2. When I scroll up to capture time (Timespent_click_After_scroll_up.PNG)

For reference, my browser is Firefox Quantum 57.0.1 (64-bit)

    Kind regards, Grant
