TypeError: Cannot read property 'indexOf' of undef

new time entry was created without issue chosen. System allowed to create that entry but now I can't display any information from time tracker. I get the same error each time when I'm pressing refresh button to refresh list of time entries. Tested on Chrome and Opera.
