Trigger: If <device name> came home

It would be nice if there was a trigger, where I could select a device.

I want to create this flow:

If: Device ABC came home and: Phone: send push message with question then: set variable XYZ to True

In practice I will use it as follow: FLOW 1: if: Phone from me came home and: push question: Are you home? then: set var XYZ to TRUE

FLOW 2: if: var XYZ changed to TRUE then: turn on light, turn on music, say: welcome home, etc. etc....
