I've added TCP ports you may configure in the settings page, and added 32000 by default, cause this seems to work with netscan. You may try other ports (for other devices?) as well. :)

Since I don't own a windows phone, I'd like to know if it works. :)

You'll have to wait till Athom allows version 1.2.5 to the app store. :)
