Error in logging, presence detection not working.

Devices: Nexus 6P, Moto E, Chromecast, Thunderbolt display. All fixed IP address. All settings at defaults.

Detection worked perfectly but has suddenly stopped working. Logging shows a lot of lines every 2 seconds (8 log lines per timestamp, I'm watching 4 devices).
