Smart Presence has stopped working

Hi,

i've been using your app since the beginning and i love it. but since this week it stopped working properly.

the issue; both devices go online/offline all the time:

both iphone users, one has latest ios, other has ios 10.

router/homey reset did not help. any idea?

I just did a re-installation of the app, but the problem goes on. :( :( can't understand what changed that is causing this. It was working perfectly.

That is normal. Devices go on and offline all the time. Once the configures away delay passes you leave

@cversteeg: Still, what you're describing is normal operation of the app. As it states in the screen shot above: Esther: Arrived, but not "Esther:Left"
