iPhone X with iOS 13 issue

Hi,

Dont know why its not working for me. I cant get the app to trigger anything on my iphone. I have tried for example “A household member left home” but nothing happend when I create that flow to send me a notification when I switch over to 4G instead of Wifi. my device is created in the device section with correct IP. I have also DHCP reservation for that specific IP address.
