The /shutdown command line option doesn't work properly

Anonymous avatarAnonymous created an issue

When AllowOnlySingleInstance=1 is set, Server2Go /shutdown will always lead to the message "An instance of Server2Go is already running". If AllowOnlySingleInstance=0 is set, the server is shutdown, but another instance is started immediately. Tested under WinXP 32 bit.
