Add column for issue actions

At a customer we're considering to remove the standard JIRA Sub-tasks panel with the Graty panel. One thing that prevents us from doing so is the lack of support for issue actions (the web item represented by 3 dots in the last column of the standard JIRA Sub-tasks panel).

Is it possible to add this column?
