Panel disappear when switching to empty Tab

Thanks for the great Plugin. When we create for one issuetype multiple panels, they displayed as tabs (which is ok - but should may better be AUI style ;) ). Problem is when you have 3 tabs and for example tab 1 and 2 is filled but 3 is not and you switch to third whole panel disappear. Same happen if the first tab is empty - then whole panel disappear when opening the issue.

PS: make this plugin commercial and put more improvements (columns, style, display multiple panels instead tabs config, etc ;))
