Sync isnt working

We set up the listener and tried to test it but the sync isnt working. We dont receive any errors as well. What could be wrong?

What version of JIRA? If You edit Bug in PRJ, description do not copy to sub-tak?

I'm also seeing the same issue. Created listener for cloned (inward and outward) issues to update a field and they are not syncing nor am I getting an error. JIRA version: 7.1.0

I have Project_A that issues are opened from and clone issues to Project_B and C. Once teams make update on Sprint field of Project_B and C, I want that change to be reflected in Project_A

I test sync Sprint on JIRA 7.1.7 and plugin version 7.1.6 and 7.2.0 - worked.

Can You add «DEBUG» logging level for "ru.slie.jira.fsync" on «Logging and profiling» and see JIRA logs?

I'm also having issue. I have JIRA 7.1.6 and just installed plugin. I'm trying to synch comments between linked tasks, but nothing is happening. and yes...I activated it.

Version 7.2.1 did work however not all tickets have been updated. Does the plugin retroactively look for tickets and keeps them updated as well?
