Sync of attachment added in Jira Service Desk customer portal

Hello Yury,

I'm using your plugin to keep sync between sd tickets and linked development jira issues. There is an issue when customer adds attachment in customer portal. The attachment is added to original issue, but to the linked issue only comment with attachment name is synced. Needless to say - developers hate going to another ticket to check the attachment, but a must to give them access to the project is also an issue. Please find the screenshots attached. Thank you for help.

We are running JIRA Service Desk 3.13.23 and JIRA Software 7.10.2.
