Components are not synced correct

We have configured a bidirectional synchronization of components. The Issues are in different projects but the components are in both projects.

Sometimes the component is synced sometimes not. There should be an option to synchronize by name.

We need fixes for the problems fast otherwise we need to find another supplier of the sync functionality. Please see the other ticket.
